Description

ITAR is restructuring this Haussmann-style building to its former glory and turning it into office spaces. From the porch to the glass roof, from the mouldings to the bas-reliefs, the age-old codes are challenged and magnified to meet the new expectations of future users. The circulation, particularly the vertical flows, has been redesigned. Accessibility has been improved, and a terrace has been created in place of the attic to provide even more amenities for occupants.
