ITAR wins the rehabilitation of the AUA Residential Building
The Arlequin was built by the AUA after the 1968 Olympic Games based on a model of collaborative creation between art and architecture, where the foundations of a collective utopia were put into practice.
Deeply visionary, the Arlequin featured a gallery and a pedestrian street designed by Henri Ciriani; a strong political commitment to collaboration; a mix of social, generational, and community programs; duplex apartments connected by walkways; an FM radio station dedicated to the neighborhood; and much more. The team is immersing itself in these extraordinary features to contribute to the large-scale Villeneuve project, restoring the Arlequin to its former glory and providing its residents with vibrant living spaces.
