ITAR goes abroad
Perrotin Bookstore in Manhattan’s Lower East Side will host author and architect for
book launch and signing on Saturday November 5th.
Ingrid Taillandier, the award-winning French architect and founder of ITAR Architectures, announces the launch of Density of Lives, a three-volume book collection exploring the concept of density not only as a tool but as a prerequisite, an objective and a way of understanding and responding to environmental challenges, urban sprawl, population growth and social and demographic crises. The architect and author traverses through three remarkable ITAR projects to test the idea of a durable urban development for inhabitability and enjoyable living through the lens of density. The book launch is scheduled for Saturday, November 5th from 3-5pm at Perrotin bookstore, located at 130 Orchard Street in Manhattan’s Lower East Side.
