25 oriels; 2 roof extensions; 18 balconies added; 2 gables opened and 7 years later ITAR delivered and inaugurated the Paris Tech student residence for the RIVP and the Paris CROUS.
344 rooms to replace the 302 in the Télécom Paris Tech residence, located in the 13th arrondissement since the 1960s. A six-handed project carried out by GTM Bâtiment alongside Philéas and Savoir-fair
